An old ugly stone building, mostly black, got cleaned and everyone was flabbergasted to find an amazing design in cream and golden sandstone. It had been dirty so long nobody remembered the gorgeous façade. Thanks for reading!NanUhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11596765792663269178noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4434099172039136838.post-9561118551520936642010-10-01T10:00:09.143+02:002010-10-01T10:00:09.143+02:00Hello, you have become my 90th follower, and altho...Hello, you have become my 90th follower, and although I know it doesn't really mean that much I thought: 'gosh I'll pop over and see who this is.' Glad I did, this is a wonderful blog, I will add you to my list too.

I can't decided if I like the church or not, it seems a little austere, but I can imagine that on a hot day with a bright blue sky it would look pretty good.

When I first visited Glasgow all the buildings were black and everyone assumed it was the stone, or I did. Then they embarked on a project to clean them all, and now they are a lovely pale gold, which suits the grey Scottish atmosphere much better.Erylhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06008344023000459577noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4434099172039136838.post-4905810267437936592010-10-01T04:46:03.732+02:002010-10-01T04:46:03.732+02:00I love your black buildings. It seems a little strange to me to see a predominately black church but it is so beautifully done!Paulinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15276284964859313257noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4434099172039136838.post-86986916786781904192010-10-01T02:15:42.271+02:002010-10-01T02:15:42.271+02:00Stunning church!Stunning church!Titushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16380213493011623153noreply@blogger.com
