It's cold out

We had snow early last week, none of which melted before a new layer was laid down Friday and Saturday. The outdoor catwater is frozen.

The yard doesn't need mowing this weekend, thank goodness.
Here comes Natalie!

The azaleas are quite covered.

Where are the others? Is it time to go play?

Are you kidding?
Bandersnatch prefers to appreciate the snow from right side of the window.

Sienne doesn't appreciate the snow at all, preferring to nestle in the snowy-white comforter.

Well, I like the outside, just in moderation.

nanu - i love watching the neighbourhood cats when they go out for their first snowy walk. they step as if it's rice paper and then shake each paw as they lift it out - it's comical. ave a lovely wintry day! steven

Natalie seems just to plow through the snow unconcerned, while the others refused to leave the porch at all. I had a plan to toss Bandersnatch out in it, but didn't - I kind of wanted to go inside myself.

Wonderful photos, the one of Bandersnatch is quite surreal.

I'm amazed at the adventurous snow cat!

Love the new banner. Those branches look like they're whipping around. Very cool.

Your cats know exactly how to take care of themselves. Maybe they could give lessons to we humans, eh?

Perhaps, Reya, but I'm not sure my sad failure to hang around on pillows all day is not linked somehow to the filling of the foodbowls...
