Friday Photo Shoot Out: Black & White

Hello! Yes, yes, it's me. Long time no Shootout.
Winter makes it easy to take b&w photos that aren't really.
Cat prints in the snowy yard. I don't know why she thawed the snow sometimes and not others.

Ok, this one I did mess with.
Have a nice shootout, everyone, and a great weekend!

Swan babies are pitch black? Didn't know that. You have 4 seriously cool pictures here...those fluffy seed heads are beautiful and I really do love the cat paw prints. That is something I would take a picture of too.

You did great! I seem to be completely out of synch and did not even post. The first photo of the geese is incredible. Nature gave you the definitive shot of this shoot.

Nice shots. I love the first photo. Perfect black and white.

;-) Kerry, those are coots, a whole different kind of bird. This year's crop of young swans are currently almost white, just a little beige-grey still around the edges, and as big as their parents.
- see y'all next time!

Fabulous! I like all of the shots but the kittie toes in the snow are precious.
